INGREDIENTS

  • 500grams Red Shed Cuttlefish
  • Olive Oil
  • 3 tsp Cajun Seasoning (or to your liking)

Cajun Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp ground cumin,
  • 1 tbsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp paprika,
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp cracked pepper,
  • ¾ tsp oregano
  • ¾ tsp basil
  • ¾ tsp thyme
  • 1 1/2 tsp white pepper.

METHOD

  1. Prepare the Cajun seasoning by combining all spices together & keep in an airtight container.
  2. Cut cuttlefish into strips, drizzle with enough olive oil to coat.
  3. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and mix through.
  4. Pop it on a hot barbecue (plate or grill), give it a toss and turn. It will be ready in less than five minutes.
