INGREDIENTS
- 500grams Red Shed Cuttlefish
- Olive Oil
- 3 tsp Cajun Seasoning (or to your liking)
Cajun Seasoning
- 1 tbsp ground cumin,
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp paprika,
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp cracked pepper,
- ¾ tsp oregano
- ¾ tsp basil
- ¾ tsp thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp white pepper.
METHOD
- Prepare the Cajun seasoning by combining all spices together & keep in an airtight container.
- Cut cuttlefish into strips, drizzle with enough olive oil to coat.
- Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and mix through.
- Pop it on a hot barbecue (plate or grill), give it a toss and turn. It will be ready in less than five minutes.
